MISSION STATEMENT

The mission of the Children’s Ministry Program at Chapin Presbyterian Church is to Glorify God by supporting families with children, from birth through 5th grade, in leading them to an intimate, personal relationship with Jesus Christ, praying that they will HEAR the truth of God's Word, and INVEST their lives in worship, prayer, and SERVICE to others in their homes, communities, and around the world

GOALS

• Provide each child with a safe, nurturing environment
  
• Demonstrate the love of Christ and the joy of His forgiveness and salvation
• Provide solid Biblical teaching for our 2 year olds though 5th graders, encouraging them to memorize Scripture
• Foster relationships with other believers through small group activities:  KidZOwn Worship, Sunday School, TREASURE SEEKERZ,...
• Reach out to our families and community by providing activities to welcome them:  Vacation Bible School, Summer Spectacular, Movie Nights, Easter Cross Walk and Egg Hunt,...
  
• Encourage outreach to our community and the world through service projects.
• Communicate with children and families in our weekly newsletter
• Train and support teachers as they minister to our little ones
