Chapin Presbyterian Church is committed to seeing God raise up men who are falling more in love with the Lord Jesus daily, who are fully surrendered to Him, and who are filled with His Spirit in leading and loving others. 

The purpose of our Men's Ministry is to prepare men to become spiritual leaders by teaching, mentoring, and holding each other accountable for the glory of God.  This purpose is based on the Apostle Paul's purpose statement in Colossians 1:28, We proclaim Him, admonishing every man and teaching every man with all wisdom, so that we may present every man complete in Christ.

The Men's Leadership Team has developed several key strategies to achieve this purpose in the lives and hearts of our men.  These strategies are based on three core principles: we are relationship-driven rather than task-driven; we are discipleship-driven rather than evangelism-driven; and, we are purpose-driven rather than event-driven. 

Our key strategies are:

1. Each semester Band of Warriors (BOW) discipleship

2. Other men's small groups

3. Yearly men's retreat

4. Quarterly Saturday morning men's breakfasts

5. Seasonal fun events

6. Service projects
