The purpose of FOCAS is to promote fellowship, ministry growth, and outreach for senior adults at Chapin Presbyterian Church and the community at large. 

Meeting Times

We meet the second Tuesday of each month, alternating between a lunch (11:30am) and supper (6:30pm) meeting time. 

At each meeting, we have a devotion, a meal, and time of fellowship.  The meal may be catered ($8.00 per person) or covered dish.

If you plan to come, please sign up at the Activities table in the Main Hall or call Barbara Brillhart (345-0501) or Chris Cogswell (345-8964).

Service Projects

We have two on-going service projects.

We Care (Chapin).  Food items for the pantry are collected at each meeting.  Check the CPC newsletter for specific items being collected for the next meeting.

Wohali Academy (Taylors, SC), a live-in facility for special needs children.  We collect school supplies and money for field trips and particular classroom needs.

Activities

Throughout the year, we will be participating in a number of service projects.

We plan on several bus tours each year.
